Proof of audit (PoA) failed
Audit is regularly performed every 4 hours, but first time 4 hours AFTER service start.
So, general rule is: insert a smart card, enter PIN and ensure computer is online for at least 4 hours. If you reset the service earlier than 4 hour, timer is reset. If the card is near its limit, the period is shortened to 4 minutes.
Also a general advise is: Do not click on Start Local Audit unless you know what you are doing, because it might interfere with automatic remote audit.
