I have problems with my software. How do I contact SoftSDC support?
From the tray icon you can click on Help -> Get Support. You will be prompted to select a drive to save the troubleshooting data (typically C:). After a few moments you will be informed about where the troubleshooting data is saved (typically: C:\S-SDC\
You shall open a ticket on and attach a copy of the saved file.
